The Cadet Situation

We're at the final Round Robin bouts and World Team berths are on the line. Here are the match-ups and situations heading in to Sunday morning's round.

42KG
Top Half
Gavin Teasdale, PA vs. Patrick McKee, MN
McKee would have to shut out Teasdale to make the finals. If not, it goes back to pool classification points where Teasdale has 16 to McKee's 15.

Bottom Half
Peter Ogunsanya, IL vs. Zach Murillo, CT
Both are the last undefeateds. Winner goes to the finals.

46KG
Top Half
Louie Hayes, IL vs. Zach Sherman, NJ
Winner is in.

Bottom Half
Cade Olivas, CA
Olivas locked up the finals spot.

50KG
Top Half
Joey Prata, VA vs. Bryce West, IA
As long as Prata scores a point (without getting pinned), he's in. West needs a pin. In that case, it goes to classification points, which he has the lead in.

Bottom Half
Spencer Lee, PA vs. Ben Freeman, MI
Winner is in.

54KG
Top Half
Vitali Arajau, NY vs. Ian Parker, MI
Vitali Arajau, NY vs. Daton Fix, OK
Fix beat Parker. Arajau has to wrestle both. Ultimately, it comes down to Arajau and Fix, regardless if Arajau wins or loses to Parker.

Bottom Half
Nick Suriano, NJ vs.  Dalton Duffield, OK
All Suriano has to do is score a point (without getting pinned or teched) and he's in the finals.

58KG
Top Half
Carter Happel, IA
Happel, Townsell, and Shie all had losses to each other. Happel had the only tech, so he's in.

Bottom Half
Nick Lee, IN vs. Rico Montoya, NM
Nick Lee, IN vs. Kyle Bierdumpfel, NJ
Montoya beat Bierdumpfel. Lee has to wrestle both. It will come down to Lee and Montoya, which is the first Round Robin bout of the two.

63KG
Top Half
Dom Demas, OH vs. Jared Verkleeren, PA
Jared Verkleeren, PA vs. Robert Lee, WI
Demas is the only undefeated. A win and he's in. If not, it will come down to points.

Bottom Half
Wyatt Sheets, OK vs. Johnny O'Hearon, UT
Austin Kraisser (MD) is done with his  Round Robin with 5 points. O'Hearon has 3. So a win, and he's in. Sheets can still get in with a tech fall, because he has the most points in the pool.

69KG
Top Half
Mason Manville, VA vs. Cameron Harrell, MD
Simple as that. The only two undefeateds left. Both beat Joey Gunther (IL) who will wrestle for 5th.

Bottom Half
Trace Carello, IL vs. Kaleb Young, PA
Young has a loss, but beating Carello could but him in the finals.

76KG
Mark Hall, MN
Hall is locked in with a win over Reenan.

Bottom Half
Beau Breske, WI vs. Taylor Lujan, GA
A mega match-up to get to another mega match-up.

85KG
Top Half
Sammy Colbray, OR vs. Jack Harris, OH
Jack Harris, OH vs. Lance Benick, MN
With a win over Benick, a Colbray win gets him in. However, there are still scenarios for all three.

Bottom Half
Hunter Ritter, MD
Ritter is locked. He's undefeated, beating both other guys that are in the Round Robin: Tyler Johnson (IL) and Nathan Traxler (IL).

100KG
Top Half
Landon Pelham, MI vs. Isaac Florell, MN
Here's the deal - Lucas Warren's Round Robin is done with 6pts. Pelham has 4, Florell 0. Pelham needs a win to get in. If not, Warren is the Top Half Finalist.

Bottom Half
Gannon Gremmel, IA vs.  Jordan Wood, PA
If Wood wins, he's in. If Gremmel, who has 0 RR points, wins, Andrew Marsden is the finalist.

125K
Top Half
Dante Jiovanetta, FL vs. Kevin Vough, OH
Winner is in.

Bottom Half
Jake Marnin, IA
Locked.
