Just 10 days after the nation's top class of 2018 quarterback decommitted, the nation's second-ranked signal caller has done the same thing. Long Beach, California native Matt Corral has announced that he has decommitted from USC and will re-open his commitment.

SEC powers Alabama, Florida, and Georgia have now emerged as the top candidates to snag the California gun slinger with Nebraska trying to get their foot in the door as well.

During his junior season, Corral threw for just over 3,000 yards with 22 touchdowns, and even though he is listed as a pro-style quarterback, Corral ran for 300 yards with 7 scores.
