The Bill Farrell International Open at the New York Athletic Club is here to usher us into freestyle season. There’s going to be a plethora of talent descending on Midtown Manhattan this Friday and Saturday in all three styles, and one of the most fire weight classes of them all will be the 61kg men's freestyle division.

You'll also want to tune in to watch high school phenom Gable Steveson mix it up with the senior heavyweights, world champ Kamal Bey throw down in Greco, and a bevy of Fargo champs battling it out in the women's brackets. But 61kg in men's freestyle is going to bring an especially volcanic amount of fire to the tournament.

To help you keep track of everything, we've highlighted a sampling of the many killers that are toeing the line at 61 kilos at the NYAC this Saturday.

Tyler Graff (Titan Mercury Wrestling Club)

Wrestling out of the Southeast Regional Training Center on the campus of Virginia Tech, Tyler Graff has made a world team after finishing third at the 2015 team trials. He's also won three of the four tournaments he's entered in 2017. His gut wrench is hellacious so watch out if he ends up on top in par terre at any point at the Bill Farrell.

Watch Graff win the 2017 Dave Schultz International:

Alan Waters (Titan Mercury Wrestling Club)

Another long and lanky lightweight—the scrambles in this bracket should be exquisite— Waters is a former Missouri standout who earned two All-American honors while wearing a Tigers singlet.

Cory Clark (Titan Mercury Wrestling Club)

Last year's 133-pound NCAA champ will enter his second-ever international tournament after the former Iowa wrestler finished a respectable ninth at the prestigious Ivan Yayrgin last January.
