1) Parker & Demas Matches Are Ridiculous
#5 Ian Parker and #7 Dom Demas have a rivalry that makes Sunday's match hard to predict. Demas has a 3-2 lead in the series with Parker, but the matches have gone a number of different ways.
Both of Parker's wins have come in overtime while Demas has won once in overtime, once by decision, and once by tech fall. Anything could happen when these two meet this weekend, and it will set the tone for a potential rematch at the Big 12 Championships.

2) The Teske Train has Been a Wild Ride
Northern Iowa fans have been excited to see Brody Teske in the lineup since he transferred to UNI from Penn State in the middle of the 2019-2020 season. He's kept that excitement ramped up every time he's stepped on the mat this year.
Teske is 4-0 this year with a 13-11 win over Danny Vega, a fall over McGwire Midkiff, a 12-10 sudden victory win over Connor Brown, and a 6-4 win over Alex Mackall. The Vega, Brown, and Mackall wins were all upsets at the time, and these have all be highly entertaining matches. Now he'll be the favored wrestler and will look to build on a season that has him ranked #6 in the country.

3) Clash of Styles at 149 Between Degen & Moore
At 149, Oklahoma will roll out Virginia Tech transfer Mitch Moore, a pinner who isn't afraid to throw big moves at the drop of a hat. He's ranked #13, but he'll be the underdog against #5 Jarrett Degen.
Degen's style could not be more different that Moore's. He's probably the tallest 149-pounder in the country, and his scrambling ability is hard to replicate. This clash of styles probably favors Degen, but it will be fascinating to see what happens then these two throw down.
4) Can Justin Thomas Keep It Rolling vs Carr?
Oklahoma's Justin Thomas is undefeated on the season, and he has an excellent win over Arizona State's Jacori Teemer. Thomas has his toughest test of the year on Sunday against Iowa State's #3 David Carr.
Carr and Thomas met twice last year with Carr winning 4-1 and 6-5 decisions. Thomas has shown that he can keep it close with Carr, and an upset here would be the biggest win of his career.
