Anthony Knox, the current #1 ranked wrestler at 106 lbs, has decided to switch his Super 32 registration. Originally at 113, Knox will now be the top dog at a tough 106 bracket. A bracket that includes one of the other best young stars in the sport of wrestling, Bo Bassett.

Assuming Knox will get the #1 seed, that sets up a bottom half semifinal most likely between the winner of Christian Castillo/Beric Jordan and Bo Bassett. Bassett, an 8th-grade phenom, won Cadet Worlds this summer and then dominated his way to a victory at Who's Number One over Fargo champ Seth Mendoza. Still in 8th grade, Bassett isn't in the national high school rankings. However, since this summer, many fans have been clamoring that he's the best 106 pounder in the country. This would be his chance to prove them right and Knox's chance to prove the haters wrong.

Knox earned his top spot by dominating his way to a Fargo title and then beating Cadet World silver medalist Luke Lilledahl 10-3 at Who's Number One.

The 106-pound weight class as a whole is tough, but if both Knox and Bassett can navigate their way to the finals, it would set up one of the most anticipated matches of the entire tournament. They are two of the biggest young stars currently in the sport of wrestling.
