Understanding a program is more than just understanding the coaches in that program it is understanding the administration and the values that they hold. Ultimately the Athletic Directors set the tone for the athletic department and the coaches set the tone for the team. The Athletic directors have a lot to say when it comes to funding and even the amount of scholarships that a wrestling team has.
