Dartmouth has puts itself in the driver's seat in the National Intercollegiate Rugby Association with a convincing victory over Harvard, and captain Camille Johnson at the center of that.

Johnson, who plays flyhalf for the Dartmouth women's team, was superb in setting up her teammates and leading the team to a 55-13 victory over the Crimson. The captain was not an experienced rugby player when she joined the program in her freshman year.

That was Dartmouth's first season as a varsity program, and Johnson had talent and potential, but needed to learn the game. She came back for her second season seemingly have spent the entire summer studying and playing rugby

"She is such a student of the game and she has worked very hard to put herself in a position to be our starting flyhalf," said head coach Katie Dowty. "Camille has played with Scion and is an excellent sevens players for us, too. She is playing really well, and is our captain, and she's earned it."
