Quick Tie 2 on 1 to finishes

Dave is showing two moves here. Both moves are off an "L" Russian. In the set up, unlike a regular 2 on 1 or Russian tie you keep some space between you and the arm. From this position you either go for an elbow off or you go for a sweep single where you take the arm and pull it away from the leg you are shooting for. It is almost the opposite of a barrel roll.
