Who's #1: The Show Episode 48 - Reviewing the 2019 Recruiting Class Rankings

Below are a couple of tables that use two simple scoring systems to try to 'objectively' rank the recruiting classes based off Willie's 2019 Big Board.
The first table is points committed to each college team. The first point scales awards 100 to the #1 ranked recruit, 99 points to the #2 recruit, all the way to 1 point for the #100 ranked recruit. The second point system is similar but it starts at 200 points for the #1 recruit and then drops down by descending intervals until the #40 recruit and then continues by 1 point intervals.
