The Oklahoma Regional Training Center runs by slightly different rules. Most RTC's operate under the "free agency" model, taking post-college athletes and giving them a place to train for their senior level career. The OKRTC subscribes to more of a "farm system" approach, taking native Oklahoma talent and developing it from within.
