174 - Carter Starocci

Carter Starocci made history by winning his fourth NCAA Title and did so in impressive fashion while battling a significant knee injury. 

Though Rocco Welsh finished 2nd, he remains ranked behind Shane Griffith and Mekhi Lewis based on results during the regular season. Welsh lost to Shane Griffith head to head and also suffered losses to Edmund Ruth twice.
