Obviously with NCAA's there's a lot of changes. To delve into every decision would require lots of explanation that essentially involves me typing results from NCAA's. So as a starting point, check out completed NCAA Brackets here. I'll outline the big changes and decisions below.
Gilman falls to 2 after losing to Cruz. Cruz gets the top spot after winning the title. Suriano holds the 3 despite not wrestling at Big 10's or NCAA's his body of work (wins over Cruz and Lizak) makes him a better candidate than Lizak for the 3.
