Ryan Millhof enters as the No. 1-ranked wrestler at 125 pounds, and the 2016 All-American has to be itching to get back into competition after missing last season due to his transfer from Oklahoma. Second-ranked Connor Schram appears to be coming back down to 125 after wrestling 133 last season. Schram, a senior, is a three-time NCAA qualifier and will be looking to hit the podium for the first time this season. Two-time NCAA qualifier Ronnie Bresser, ranked third, was one win away from becoming an All-American in 2016. In head-to-head matchups (all from 2016), Millhof has a win against Schram and a loss to Bresser. Schram had three wins against Bresser.
