#9 Arslan Budazhapov transferred to Kyrgyzstan and because of this three-time Russian nationals medalist Israil Kasumov is able to make the rankings at #10 behind 2017 70 KG national runner-up Magomed Dibirgadzhiev, who beat Kasumov handily at the Alans. #5 Khetik Tsabolov competed at the Alans where he lost a razor thin 5-4 match to #3(INT) Frank Chamizo (ITA).
