Quite the conundrum at 57 after Seth Gross defeated Thomas Gilman. Despite the loss, Gilman is still #1. He is 4-3 lifetime vs Daton Fix and won their last victory at the Matteo Pellicone. Gross would have to defeat both Daton and Gilman to jump to #1. However, Gross' win over Gilman is enough to jump him ahead of Vito, who has lost to Daton and Spencer Lee in the past two years, Colon, who does hold the head-to-head advantage over Gross, but has also lost to Gilman and Suriano in the past two years, and Spencer, who is undefeated but only has six senior-level matches and his best win is Vito.
