Shane Bishop is Missouri wrestlings full time trainer. Spending all his time with the wrestling team has really allowed him to form relationships with each of the wrestlers. This type of activity helps him be a better trainer for the squad. Here he gives us a little of his own background and compares the wrestling team to some other teams he has worked with tin the past.
