Slide your leg across his so your knee is in between his legs, lift their leg just below the knee and slide your hand up on to his knee cap. Hook his bicep with your free hand and from there take the knee that you have to his opposite elbow and kick him through for 2. The hardest part is turning your hand over as he rolls through to keep it up in the air, so pay attention to that part when you try this.
