Scoring when he is hanging on

Jun 21, 2010

When you have your opponent stretched out with a sprawl, your belt buckle is in their shoulder giving good hip pressure. From there he post on the guys back, then hop you inside hip bone into their armpit creating a lot of pressure. Square your hips up to his body and straighten out your legs which will make it hard to hold on. From there fight his lock because his arm will be rotated out making it hard to hang on. Rotating your hips is important to getting the right pressure.
