Tulga Tumur-Ochir won the Asian Games by defeating Rahman Amouzad in the finals by tech fall. 

Joey McKenna made his return back down to 65kg after spending some time at 70kg. McKenna won gold at the Kunayev in Kazakhstan where he defeated fellow American Yianni Diakomihalis in the semifinals, 4-3.
